I’m not sure how you’re ‘supposed’ to raise a child who sees what you can’t, but here’s how my mother handled it.
“I don’t see what you see, but I believe you.”
It was 2am, I was 8-years old, and those were the words my mother used to calm my screams – because the ghost of a gray-haired, wrinkled old woman was bobbing her head through the canopy of my bed just to scare me…and it was working.
That’s the first time it really sunk in that I wasn’t like everyone else.
For many years, especially when I was a teenager, I tried to shut my gifts down to be just like everyone else. It led to me going to cosmetology school. Becoming a hairdresser was my attempt to ‘be normal’.
Yet, the call to be myself was too great. In 1996, I put down the scissors and started to do ‘angel readings’ and teach workshops – and I’ve never looked back.
Over the past 15 years and thousands of soul readings, my clients have expressed it in many different ways, but the message remains the same – They don’t see what I see, but they believe me. After having a reading with me or participating in one of my programs, you may start believing me too.
I help people to transform the things they cannot see. I help them to move from a place of feeling hostage to patterns of unwanted behavior and feeling separate from who they truly are.
