I have been deeply and profoundly affected by my session with Shellie Nelson. Philosophy
You create your reality with the thoughts you think, the words you speak, and the actions you take. Many times we are very unaware of how we are creating our realities. Most often it is the unconscious portions of our self that shapes our lives. This unconscious is within our mind but also our cellular memories (which includes social influences and genetic lineage). You are the only one that can change what you have created and the energy dynamics in which you participate. In other words, only you can heal yourself and change your perceptions and your life.
